Delete your DialNook account

Delete in the app

1. Open DialNook and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
4. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.

Delete by email

If you can no longer use the app, email support@dialnook.com from the email address of your DialNook account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm the request with a code sent to that address, so that no one else can delete your account. We complete requests within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your account (email and name) and all signed-in devices.
• Your phone numbers: they are released and stop working.
• Your call history, texts and notifications.
• Your credit balance and credit history. Unused credits are lost and not refunded.

What we keep

We keep a short record that the account was deleted: the email address, name, account creation and deletion dates, the numbers that were released and the unused credit balance. We keep it for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. Our telephone provider and Google Play keep their own records of calls, texts and payments under their policies.
